healthy future begins with staying well today. From newborns to seniors, generations of families have come to us for excellent medical care right in their own neighborhood.

HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit federally qualified community health center servicing the Greater Fall River Area. Recently awarded a Federal Section 330 Grant, we offer a full range of medical, dental, WIC and related services at our convenient location at 102 County Street in Fall River. Our sub-recipient, SSTAR, provides HIV/AIDs and substance abuse treatment for those in need.

New patients receive a complete assessment of their health and any conditions in need of special attention. We will then develop a plan of care and recommend medical, nutritional and other services you need.

We are also closely linked with other local health and human service agencies that join us in providing you with all the care you need.

Our Board Certified physicians have privileges at both Charlton Memorial and Saint Anne's Hospital.
