Interested persons are hereby notified that
HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. (HF) requests proposals
for Project Manager
Services, Architectural/Engineering
Services and Construction Manager
Services. The full text of each separate Request for Proposal is available
at www.healthfirstfr.org and has a further description of the project, the
proposed scope of services, proposal requirements and the selection process.
The deadline for submission of proposals for 1) Project Manager Services is
April 30, 2010; the deadline for submission of proposals for 2)
Architectural and Engineering Services is May 7, 2010; and the deadline for
submission of 3) Construction Manager Services is May 14, 2010.
A site visit of the proposed
property at 387 Quarry Street in Fall River, MA for Project Manager,
Architectural/Engineering and Construction Managers will be held on Friday,
April 23, 2010 from 9am to 11am . HF has been awarded a
Grant from the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as
submitted under HRSA-10-029: Facility Investment Program, American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009, as stated in the Notice of Grant Award dated 10-19-09
Grant Award Number C80CS17144-01-00. The Project site is located at 387 Quarry
Street in Fall River, MA. The anticipated total cost for the Project is
approximately $16,000,778.00. The HRSA Grant amount is $11,519,300 equaling
approximately 72% of the total Project cost.
