Coming from Boston, proceed on Route 128 to Route 24 South, remaining on Route 24 until you reach Fall River.
As you approach Fall River, there are several exits to the city. Take Exit 5, which will also be called the President Avenue exit.
Exit 5 will lead you to a rotary.
Go about three-quarters of the way around the rotary and get on Route 6, which is also called Eastern Avenue.
Proceed along Eastern Avenue to the fourth set of lights.
Take a right at the fourth light onto County Street.
HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is a blue, vinyl-sided building with a brick front, about four or five blocks down on County Street on the right.
Park in the lot alongside the building and enter the front door for patient services, first side door for administration, and second side door for WIC.

From Providence:

From Interstate 195 East, take Exit 7 (RT-81)/Plymouth Avenue.
At the exit ramp light turn left, then proceed to the second traffic light. This is Pleasant Street.
Take a right on Pleasant Street to the first traffic light. This is Quarry Street. Take a left and then a sharp right.
This brings you onto County Street.
HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is located within the first block on the left. It is a blue, vinyl-sided building with a brick front.
Park in the lot alongside the building and enter the front door for patient services, first side door for administration, and second side door for WIC.
