“FAMILY FUN IN THE SUN” EVENT

The purpose of the event is to bring awareness to the importance of increased physical activity and living healthy lifestyles.  It’s free and fun for the whole family!  Plenty of music, interactive games, exercise and more.

HealthFirst was able to secure $11,519,300 (of a $16 million project) through a very competitive federal grant offered by the Facility Investment Program under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  The funding will be used for the renovation of a new building but does not, however, include the building’s $1.525 million purchase price.

All events will benefit HealthFirst’s programs and services.
