Holiday Closure & Heat Safety Notice
HealthFirst Family Care Center will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
We will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, July 6, 2026.
With dangerously high temperatures expected, please take steps to protect yourself and your loved ones:
- Stay indoors in air-conditioned spaces whenever possible.
- Drink plenty of water, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
- Avoid strenuous outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day.
- Check on older adults, young children, and neighbors who may be at higher risk.
- Never leave children, older adults, or pets unattended in a parked vehicle.
If you or someone else experiences signs of a heat-related emergency—such as confusion, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, a high body temperature, or stops sweating—call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.
