Vaccine Eligibility Update!

  • COVID-19 Moderna and Pfizer vaccine appointments are available for HealthFirst patients and HealthFirst non-patients.
  • The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, a two-shot series given three weeks apart, is recommended for all children 12-18 years of age.  Appointments for HealthFirst patients ages 12-18 are available.
  • The Pfizer Pedi COVID-19 vaccine is also recommended for all children 5-11 years of age.  Appointments for HealthFirst patients ages 5 – 11 are available.
