Workforce Pipeline & Retention Initiative Program Scholarship Opportunity

This program is grant-funded through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS). With these funds, we are able to provide Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant, and Medical Interpreter training and certification scholarships each year. HealthFirst has added a Training Specialist to our team to manage all these training programs, scholarships, and certificates.

Medical & Dental Assistants

The Medical Assistant and Dental Assistant training programs and certifications will be offered through Career Steps. These online and self-paced programs require the student to complete the course in 9 months and commit to HealthFirst. There is flexibility in registering students for this program.
