The HealthFirst Patient Benefits Department does not accept walk-ins. The Patient Benefits department is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call (774) 627-1238 and leave your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Insurance Information:
HealthFirst accepts many private insurance plans including state-sponsored plans such as Mass Health Limited, Children’s Medical Security Plan, and Health Safety Net. Please view the list of insurances currently accepted by HealthFirst.

Sliding Fee Discount
Sliding Fee discounts are also available based on family size and income. More information regarding the HealthFirst Family Care Center Sliding Fee program can be viewed below.
